The staff was super friendly and made me feel right at home! I loved the traditional bathroom setup; it was so convenient with the sink separate from the toilet. Plus, the heated pools were a total game-changer for relaxation!

Friendly staff made a great first impression, and the dog park was a fantastic perk. The indoor pool looked inviting, but we didn't use it. Room cleanliness was a letdown-worn chairs and peeling paint didn't feel welcoming. The breakfast left much to be desired; my husband described the eggs as awful. Noise from the elevator and outside traffic disrupted our sleep. Issues with the TV and door lock added to the frustration. Still, the staff's eagerness to help shone through, making the challenging moments easier to bear.

Convenient location, just minutes from Pigeon Forge. The hotel is clean, with comfortable beds and exceptional water pressure. Communication with the front desk was lacking, particularly regarding our concerns. Noise from barking dogs and disrespectful guests was disruptive. While the amenities are decent, they need to enforce their non-smoking policy and improve room cleanliness. The breakfast experience suffered due to a lack of syrup for the waffles, which was disappointing given the variety offered. With improvements, this place has real potential.

we were very impressed with our two-night stay at La Quinta. the staff were fantastic and the room was exceptionally clean. the hotel is easily located, just 3 miles south of I40 East Exit 407. the facilities were very good and we particularly loved the modern look of the reception area with ample space to move around. the breakfast was delightful with a variety of options including waffles, eggs, biscuits, gravy, donuts. the friendly and accommodating staff made our stay even more enjoyable. the pet-friendly policy was a plus, and even though we didn't bring our dog, we loved petting the dogs at the hotel. the indoor pool, though smaller than expected, still provided enjoyment for the kids. we had a great experience and would definitely stay here again!
